Free Shipping to the UK & Germany

We currently offer free standard shipping to the United Kingdom and Germany. Orders are fulfilled from multiple warehouses, including local warehouses in the UK and Germany, as well as our overseas warehouse in China when necessary.

Order Processing

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@redssenhome.com.

• Shipping Method: We use standard/economy shipping for all orders.

Shipping Times

• Local UK & Germany Warehouse Fulfilment: If the item is in stock at our UK or Germany warehouse, delivery is typically completed within 1–5 business days.

• Overseas Warehouse Fulfilment (China): If local warehouse stock is unavailable, your order will be shipped from our overseas warehouse in China. Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days.

• Note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs clearance, public holidays, or peak periods. We apologize for any inconvenience.

EU & Other International Shipping

We are gradually expanding shipping to other EU countries. Shipping availability, costs, and delivery times may vary by country. Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your Redssen products. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please follow the return/exchange process below.

1. Return Rules

• Return Period: Returns may be requested within 90 days of receiving the item.

• Item Requirements: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items: Used/washed items, gift cards, and custom items (e.g., special orders, personalized products).

• Shipping Fee Details:
  Quality-related returns meeting criteria: Free return shipping and 100% refund.
  Returns for personal reasons (e.g., dislike, poor fit): Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

2. Return Process

• Before returning an item, contact customer service via email (support@redssenhome.com) to obtain the return address.

• Ship the item to the designated address. Once we receive and verify the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

To maintain the comfort, vibrant colors, and softness of your bedding, please follow the care instructions below.

• Washing temperature: We recommend washing bedding sets in cold or warm water (30-40°C). High water temperatures may cause the fabric to shrink or fade.
• Do not use chlorine-based bleach: Use mild, non-irritating detergents and avoid laundry detergents containing bleach.
• Machine washable: Use a gentle wash cycle to clean sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases. It is recommended to use a laundry bag to prevent fabric damage from excessive friction.
• Low-temperature drying: If using a dryer, select the low-temperature setting. It is recommended to complete drying within 24 hours after washing to prevent mold or odors.
• Low-temperature ironing: If wrinkles appear, use low-temperature ironing (maximum 150°). Select the appropriate temperature based on the fabric type to avoid high-temperature burns or damage to the fibers.
