  Orders over £150 (approximately $188) — Free shipping  
  Orders under £150 (approximately $188) — £20 (approximately $27) shipping fee  
  Delivery timeframe: 10–15 business days (excluding US federal holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas).

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 90 days of receipt.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Used or washed items, gift cards, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

• Return shipping is free, and we offer a 100% money-back guarantee for all eligible returns.

• How to return? To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at support@redssenhome.com before sending the item back. 

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
