• Shipping Method: We use economy shipping for all orders.

• Shipping Times：International: 3-10 business days (Note: Delivery times may be delayed due to holidays or customs inspections. We apologize for any inconvenience.)

• US Region Delivery  
  Orders over £150 (approximately $188) — Free shipping  
  Orders under £150 (approximately $188) — £20 (approximately $27) shipping fee  
  Delivery timeframe: 10–15 business days (excluding US federal holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas).

1. Return Rules

• Return Period: Returns may be requested within 90 days of receiving the item.
  Item Requirements: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: Used/washed items, gift cards, custom items (e.g., special orders, personalized products).
• Shipping Fee Details:
  Quality-related returns meeting criteria: Free return shipping and 100% refund.Returns for personal reasons (e.g., dislike, poor fit): Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

2. Return Process
Before returning an item, contact customer service via email (support@redssenhome.com) to obtain the return address.
Ship the item to the designated address. Once we receive and verify the item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
