Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the U.S., UK, Germany, and Japan — with more regions coming soon.

How long does it take to ship an order?

Generally speaking, All orders are processed within 24 working hours. We don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.. In case of force majeure factors (such as weather, holidays, promotional activities, etc.), the delivery time may be delayed, we will promptly notify you by SMS or email.

How long does it take for Delivery?

International shipping: 3-10 business days(Note: Delivery times may be delayed due to holidays or customs inspections. We apologize for any inconvenience.)
Depending on your location. For detailed information, please visit our shipping information page. In addition, we will send you an order tracking number by email so that you can track the shipping status of your package in real time.

Can I specify a delivery time?

Currently we do not support specifying a specific delivery time, but we will try to deliver at a time that is convenient for you. If you have special needs, please specify in the order notes and we will try to coordinate.

Tracking Number Issues with Amazon Fulfillment on Shopify

If your order was fulfilled by Amazon, the tracking number may not work on Shopify’s page due to Amazon’s independent shipping process.

Under what conditions can I return an item?

Within 90 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise, if the merchandise is in new condition, unused, unwashed, complete in its original packaging (including hangtags, labels, etc.) and does not affect secondary sales, you may apply for a return.

Who pays for the return postage?

If you return an item due to quality issues, we will bear the return postage. You can pay the postage in advance, keep the courier receipt, we will refund the postage in the refund
If the return is due to personal reasons, you need to bear the return postage. We suggest you choose regular courier, and keep the courier documents and logistics information for checking.

How long does it take for the refund to arrive?

After we receive the returned goods and confirm that they are correct, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days. Please be patient and contact us if you have any questions.

Why haven’t I received my order confirmation email?

Normally, once checkout is completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number and shipping details. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please also check your spam or junk folder.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Processing time: All orders will be processed within 24 business hours. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that it has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact support@redssenhome.com.

What payment methods are supported?

We support a variety of payment methods, including Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, main credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc.), and debit card payment, which is convenient for you to choose according to your personal habits.

Is payment security guaranteed?

we protect your personal information and funds during the payment process, preventing data leakage and theft. At the same time, all transactions are carried out through regular third-party payment platforms or banking systems to ensure that the transactions are legal and compliant, so you can pay with confidence.

Why does clicking the checkout link show “Expired”?

Checkout links expire primarily due to two reasons:
Failure to complete payment promptly: After entering your email address on the checkout page, if payment isn't completed within 10 minutes, the system automatically marks the order as “abandoned,” and the corresponding checkout link becomes invalid (this setting ensures account and payment security by preventing unpaid orders from occupying inventory long-term)

Can I still complete a previous order after the checkout link expires?

Payment cannot be completed via an expired link. You may proceed as follows:
If you have contacted store customer service, they will manually generate a new valid checkout link for you (typically valid for 48 hours). Click the new link to complete payment.
If you have not contacted customer service, you may place a new order in the store (confirming product inventory is still available), proceed to checkout as usual, and complete payment within 10 minutes.

Why did multiple payment attempts fail? What are the reasons?

Payment failures are usually related to payment security, information accuracy, or technical compatibility. Common causes include the following 10 scenarios:

  • High-risk transaction blocking: The payment system detected anomalies (e.g., cross-regional payments, frequent payment method changes) and automatically blocked the transaction to protect your funds.
  • Technical Compatibility Issues: Excessive browser cache, unstable network connections, or compatibility problems between the payment page and your device (e.g., outdated mobile OS, niche browsers) prevent the payment process from loading correctly;
  • Card Declined: Your card issuer or payment processor (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) rejects the transaction due to insufficient funds, abnormal card status (e.g., frozen, reported lost/stolen), etc.;
  • Invalid/incorrect card number: The entered card number has incorrect digits, mistyped numbers, or the card has been canceled by the bank;
    Expired card: The used card has exceeded its printed “expiration date” (e.g., “VALID THRU 12/26” means expires after December 2026);
  • Incorrect CVV code: The 3-digit CVV verification code on the back of the card was not entered correctly (some American Express cards require 4 digits);
  • Billing information mismatch: The “billing address and zip code” entered during checkout does not match the address and zip code registered with the bank for the card (international payments enforce stricter requirements);
  • 3D Secure authentication failed: The 3D Secure verification for the card was unsuccessful (e.g., incorrect verification code entered from phone/email, or incorrect security password), preventing identity verification;
  • Item out of stock: The product was sold out by another customer before your payment was processed, causing the system to automatically cancel the payment channel;
  • Invalid promo code/gift card: The discount code used has expired, does not meet usage conditions (order amount insufficient), or the gift card balance is inadequate to cover the order total, causing the payment process to stall.
How can I quickly resolve and complete payment after a failed transaction?

Follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
If due to “Incorrect card number, incorrect CVV code, or billing address mismatch,” double-check your bank card details and registered address to ensure consistency;
If due to “3D Secure verification failed,” check your phone/email for the latest verification code or contact your card issuer to confirm the verification process;
If the reason is “card expired/declined,” try using another valid bank card (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) or alternative payment method (e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay).
Use a new checkout link: If the original link has expired due to multiple failures, ask customer service to generate a new checkout link. Attempt payment again in a stable network environment (recommended browsers: Chrome, Safari, etc.).
Resolving promo code issues: If the promo code is invalid, try removing it and proceeding with payment directly, or consult customer service to confirm the promo code usage rules.

Will I be charged multiple times after a payment failure?

No. Shopify's payment system follows the “charge only upon successful payment” principle:
If “Payment Failed” is displayed, the transaction was not completed, and your card/payment account will not be charged;
In rare cases where a “payment deduction record appears but payment fails,” funds will be automatically refunded to the original payment account within 1-7 business days (exact timing depends on the issuing bank/payment platform's rules). You may contact customer service for assistance tracking the refund progress.

Do you have other sizes of duvet covers?

We offer Single, Double, King, and Superking sizes for your choice. If these don’t meet your needs, we can also customize a size for you. Please leave a note or message with the details, and we’ll get back to you during our working hours.

Do you have another duvet cover color?

Yes, we do! New colours will be available for pre‑order from 15th August. If you place a pre‑order, your duvet cover is expected to ship before 1st September.
We’ll also notify our email subscribers as soon as the new colours go live, so if you’re interested, subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.

Is this bedding suitable for asthma or allergy sufferers?

Our comforter covers are made from soft, gentle, low-irritation materials, making them ideal for people with sensitive skin or those who prefer a cleaner, more comfortable night's sleep. While everyone is different, many of our customers with dust or fabric sensitivities report that they sleep more comfortably with a Redssen duvet cover.

Is this bedding anti-static?

This product uses a special process to treat the fabric, which effectively reduces the chance of static electricity. When you rub your body against the duvet cover in daily use, it can reduce the trouble of hair adsorption and clothing adhesion, and also reduce the problem of dust adsorption due to the accumulation of static electricity, keep the duvet cover clean for a long time, and create a comfortable sleeping environment for you.

Are the comforter and pillowcases washable?

Washing Temperature: It is recommended to use cold or lukewarm water (30-40℃) to wash the bed four-piece set. Higher water temperatures will shrink or fade the fabric.

Do not chlorine bleach: Use mild, non-irritating detergent, avoid using laundry detergent containing bleaching ingredients.

Machine Washable: Wash sheets, comforters and pillowcases using a gentle laundry program. It is recommended to use a laundry bag to protect the fabrics from excessive friction.
