To meet dual demands for softness against the skin, breathability, anti-static properties, and comfort-functionality, we adopted high-grammage materials and high-density knitting techniques.

After fabric selection, initial prototypes failed due to misaligned fabric and subpar zipper details. The team meticulously refined every thread, zipper, and millimeter-level dimensional tolerance through forty complete redesigns, ultimately achieving a satisfying result that balances comfort and practicality.

The final duvet cover features three smooth-opening side flaps, a hidden double-layer zipper that glides silently, and precision-locking ring fasteners. Its heavyweight fabric offers soft drape with an outer layer resistant to stains and wrinkles. This design not only achieves its goals but revolutionizes sleep experiences with exceptional quality.
